Our weight loss service is a structured, medically supervised pathway led by an experienced Doctor. Every stage is clinically assessed to ensure treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored specifically to you.

Stage 1: Medical Screening & Blood Testing – £100

Your journey begins with a blood draw to provide the clinical information required for safe prescribing.

We carry out the Haven Core Weight Loss Profile which includes:

• Urea & Electrolytes

• Liver Function Tests

• Lipid Profile

• Blood Glucose

• HbA1c ( diabetes risk )

Your results are reviewed by the Doctor prior to your consultation, ensuring all treatment decisions are based on a thorough medical assessment.

Stage 2: Doctor Consultation & Personalised Treatment Plan – £88

You will then attend a face-to-face consultation with the Doctor to complete your assessment.

This appointment includes:

• Full medical history review

• Discussion of your weight concerns and previous attempts

• Clinical measurements (height and weight)

• Bioelectrical impedance analysis (body fat, muscle mass and basal metabolic rate)

• Detailed explanation of your blood results

Following this comprehensive evaluation, the Doctor will advise on the most suitable medication for you, based on your health profile, risk factors and weight loss goals.

If appropriate, a prescription will be issued during this appointment.

The prescription is included in the consultation fee.

You will also receive personalised guidance on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle to support sustainable results and offered onward referral to a functional nutritionist.

Stage 3: Ongoing Medical Review – £45 per appointment

Regular follow-up is essential for safe and effective weight management.

Appointments are required monthly until a maintenance dose is achieved. These reviews allow for:

• Monitoring of clinical progress

• Safe dose adjustments

• Assessment of any side effects

• Ongoing medical oversight

For convenience, follow-up appointments can be conducted virtually.

Medication Supply

Once prescribed, medication can be arranged for direct delivery to your door.

You will need a follow-up appointment with the GP to review your results and discuss the different management options available to you. Where suitable, you may receive a prescription for one of the weight loss medications outlined below, as well as comprehensive counselling on how to take the medication and side-effects.

i – Mounjaro (tirzepatide) weekly by subcutaneous injection to be prescribed and collected from a local pharmacy or posted to your home. From £159.99 / month (prices may vary between pharmacies / depending on supply)

Ii – Weygovy (semaglutide) weekly by subcutaneous injection to be prescribed and collected from a local pharmacy or posted to your home. From £117 / month (prices may vary between pharmacies / depending on supply)

iii- Orlistat three times daily oral capsules to be prescribed and collected from your local pharmacy or posted to your home. From £29 / month

Monthly follow-up appointments are available by telephone or, preferably, in person to allow for accurate weight tracking and repeat bioelectrical impedance analysis with one of our healthcare assistants. During each visit, a GP will review any new symptoms or side effects and adjust your medication dose if needed.

Once a stable maintenance dose is reached, appointments can move to every two months.

You will need a follow-up appointment with one of our GPs after 3 months to review and measure your weight as well as to discuss any symptoms or side effects.  A repeat bioelectrical impedance analysis will also take place.
